Notice to NZX under listing rule 7.6.2: redemption of partly paid shares
The Board of Comvita Limited advises that the company intends to redeem 338,375 partly paid ordinary
shares from Comvita Share Scheme Trustee Limited, pursuant to the terms of the Comvita Limited Partly
Paid Share Scheme.
The redemption is to occur on 6 September 2018.
