Steel & Tube Holdings Limited's Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday 25 October 2018 in Auckland.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.3.5, Steel & Tube advises that the closing date for director
nominations is Monday 17 September 2018. All nominations must be received by 4.00 pm on the closing
date.
