On 4
th
of September 2018, Deutsche Craigs Limited entered
into a joint Block Trade Agreement, attached to this
disclosure, with Oceania Healthcare Holdings Limited
(OHHL) under which Deutsche Craigs Limited, First NZ
Capital Group Limited and Macquarie Securities (NZ)
Limited were appointed to manage and underwrite the
sale of 95,000,000 ordinary shares in Oceania held by OHHL
for a price to be determined under the procedures set out
in the Block Trade Agreement.
Following the allocation of OCA shares in the block trade
Deutsche Craigs Limited ceased to have a substantial
holding in OCA.
