Appointment of Alternate Director
Cervical cancer technology company, TruScreen Ltd (NZAX, TRU), advises that the Board has
consented to the appointment of Mr William Hunter to act as alternate Director for Mr Robert
Hunter when he is unavailable to act.
William is a business graduate from UTS (Sydney), a practising Charted Accountant in Australia
and is currently undertaking post graduate studies in finance. He has considerable experience
in a range of professional disciplines including financial planning, wealth management,
superannuation and corporate advice. William also has a sound knowledge of the business
operations of TruScreen.

sophisticated proprietary algorithm framework
distinguishes between normal and abnormal
(cancerous and precancerous) tissue to identify
precancerous change, or cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). A Single Use Sensor (SUS) is used for each
patient to protect against cross-infection.
