Appointment of CFO and Company Secretary
Cervical cancer technology company, TruScreen Ltd (NZAX, TRU), advises that the company has
appointed Mr Guy Robertson as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Guy is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia) and graduated from the
University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and has extensive professional
accountancy and commercial experience.
Guy has previously held leadership roles as CFO, Company Secretary and Director for companies in
Australia and Hong Kong including having managed large teams at Franklins (supermarkets), Colliers
International (property services) and Jardine Lloyd Thompson (insurance).
Guy is currently a non-executive director of ASX listed Hastings Technology Metals Limited and Metal
Bank Limited.
