TRUSCREEN LIMITED – MIGRATION FROM NZAX MARKET TO NZX MAIN BOARD

Truscreen Limited (NZAX: TRU) advises that it intends to migrate its listing from the NZAX Market to the
NZX Main Board. This process involves:

• TRU delisting and ceasing to have its ordinary shares quoted on NZAX, in accordance with
the NZAX Listing Rules; and

• listing and having its ordinary shares quoted on the NZX Main Board, in accordance with
NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rules (Rules) 5.1.1 and 5.2.1.

TRU anticipates that TRU’s ordinary shares will commence trading on the NZX Main Board at 10 am on
17 December 2018.
