Limited Executive Long Term Incentive Plan.

certificates dated 22 August 2018.
(i) Terms or details of the issue: Issue of ordinary shares to Pacific Custodians New
Zealand Limited (as trustee) on behalf of senior executives pursuant to the Auckland
International Airport Limited Executive Long Term Incentive Plan, under which the
shares are held on trust by Pacific Custodians New Zealand Limited (generally for a
period of three years) subject to certain performance targets being met, upon which
the shares will vest. The shares will rank equally with the existing fully paid ordinary
shares.
