RESULTS OF THE 2018 ANNUAL MEETING

At the Annual Meeting of Vector Limited held in Auckland on Monday 12 November 2018,

shareholders approved the following resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 23 October

2018.


Director Re-election

Dame Alison Paterson was re-elected a director.


Auditor re-appointment

The meeting recorded the automatic reappointment of KPMG as the Company’s auditor, and

authorised the directors to fix the auditors remuneration for the ensuing year.


Director Election

Michael Buczkowski was elected as a director.

Total votes received: 810,959,233


Record the automatic reappointment of KPMG as the Company’s auditor, and authorised the Directors
