New Chair and Deputy Chair Appointed

NEW CHAIR AND DEPUTY CHAIR
APPOINTED

The Board of Vector Limited met earlier today and has appointed Dame Alison Paterson as its new
chair and Jonathan Mason as its deputy chair, effective immediately.

As per Listing Rule 3.3.2, the Board also reconfirmed the earlier determination that Dame Alison
Paterson is an independent director and that Michael Buczkowski is a non-independent director, given
his role as the Deputy Chair of Entrust, Vector’s majority shareholder.
