NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ANNOUNCED FOR TIL LOGISTICS GROUP

New Zealand freight and logistics company, TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX: TLL), is pleased to
announce the appointment of Lee Banks as Chief Financial Officer from 1 January 2019, replacing
long-standing CFO, Greg Whitham, who has advised of his intention to retire.

Lee has been with TIL Logistics Group since 2013 and is currently Group Financial Controller.
Alongside Greg, she was an integral part of the reverse listing process in 2017. Lee is an
experienced, senior financial executive who has held international roles in the USA and Australia,
in both the service and manufacturing sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies with a
major in accounting.

Greg was one of the original partners in the company, after joining TIL in 1984 and becoming a
part owner in 1989. He has been Chief Financial Officer since 1996. He will continue working with
TIL Logistics for a short period to ensure a smooth transition.

CEO of TIL Logistics, Alan Pearson, thanked Greg for his lengthy contribution and efforts on behalf
of the company. “Greg has been an integral part of establishing TIL Logistics as the leading
company it is today, working closely with the executive team over the years to expand the scale
and breadth of the business and the services it offers. We wish him all the best for his retirement.
