TIL LOGISTICS RENEWS FARMLANDS FUEL TRANSPORT CONTRACT

Pacific Fuel Haul, a division of TIL Logistics, has renewed its fuel transport and distribution
contract with Farmlands Co-operative, with the signing of a long term, strategic supply contract.

The renewed contract covers the North and South Islands and includes fuel transport to all
Farmlands Fuel customers, including the Challenge petrol station network.

Pacific Fuel Haul CEO Stephen Owles said; “We are very pleased to retain and build on this
important customer partnership following a robust and competitive process.

“The renewal acknowledges our previous commitment and performance and the ongoing value of
the partnership.”

Farmlands is a rural co-operative with 68,000 shareholders, 82 stores nationwide, and revenue of
$2.4 billion in 2018.

TIL Logistics is one of the largest domestic freight and logistics businesses in New Zealand and its
specialist road tanker division is one of the largest operators in the New Zealand fuel delivery
market.
