NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that Southern Charter Financial Group Limited (“SNC”) has
not issued its Preliminary Half Year Report to NZX for the period ending 30 September 2018
which, under NZAX Listing Rule 10.4.1 was due to be announced to NZX on or before Friday,
14 December 2018.
Pursuant to Footnote 2 of NZAX Listing Rule 5.4.3, if an Issuer has not issued its Preliminary
Half Year Report within 5 business days of the due date, trading of that Issuer’s securities will
be suspended until the Issuer has issued its Preliminary Half Year Report.
Accordingly, if SNC does not provide its Preliminary Half Year Report by market close on
Friday, 21 December 2018, NZXR gives notice that trading in SNC’s securities will be
suspended, effective from market open on Monday, 24 December 2018.
