Annual Meeting held 17 December 2018.
CSM Group Limited (“CSM”) has held its Annual Meeting of shareholders today and advises as
follows:
Resolution 1. The re-election of Ms Yanyi Shi to the Board was not carried.
With effect from the date of the meeting Ms Yanyi Shi will not be a Director of the Company.
Resolution 2. Authorisation for the Board to set the remuneration with the Company’s auditors was
carried.
