Change in Senior Manager
NZX/ASX Release
Change in Senior Manager
21 December 2018
Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 10.6.1(d), Heartland Group Holdings Limited (NZX: HGH) (Heartland)
advises that Chief Financial Officer, David Mackrell, has today advised that he wishes to resign from
Heartland. David will remain at Heartland until he commences a new position as Chief Financial
Officer at another NZX listed issuer at the end of March 2019.
David joined Heartland in February 2017 and, during that time, has been a key member of the
Strategic Management Team. We thank David for his contribution to Heartland and wish him the
best for the future.
Heartland will consider its on-going requirements, particularly in light of the recent corporate
restructure, and will provide a further market update prior to David’s departure.
