and adoption of new NZX Listing Rules

Heartland Group Holdings Limited (NZX/ASX:HGH) (Heartland Group) advises that it intends to
announce its financial results for the six month period ending 31 December 2018 on
Tuesday, 19 February 2019.
Heartland Group also advises that it intends to comply with the NZX Listing Rules dated 1
January 2019 from 22 January 2019.
