Snakk Media Limited (NZX Code: SNK) (Snakk) advises that Brent King and
Marvin Yee have resigned as directors of Snakk with immediate effect.
After carefully reviewing the financial position of Snakk and the voluntary
administration of Snakk’s wholly owned subsidiary Snakk Media Pty Ltd,
Snakk’s sole remaining director, Peter James, has appointed Gareth Russel
Hoole and Clive Robert Bish as voluntary administrators of Snakk.
