STEEL & TUBE APPOINTS MIKE HENDRY AS CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER
Steel & Tube Holdings Limited (NZX: STU) is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mike Hendry as
Chief Digital Officer.
This is a newly created executive role responsible for leading the development of digital platforms to
underpin key initiatives underway in Steel & Tube’s Strive for Excellence programme.
Mark Malpass, CEO of Steel & Tube said “We are pleased to have someone with Mike’s depth of
experience joining the Leadership Team. A core pillar of our customer led strategy is focused on
leveraging both our new IT platform and digital connectivity. Mike brings a wealth of technical
knowledge and digital transformation know-how”. Mike is currently Head of Architecture,
Information Security and Service Delivery at Auckland Airport.
Mike will commence employment with Steel & Tube in mid May 2019.
