PROMISIA INTEGRATIVE LIMITED – CHANGE OF AUDITOR

The directors of Promisia Integrative Limited (NZX:PIL) advise that the auditors, Moore Stephens

Wellington Audit, have resigned and been replaced by William Buck Audit (NZ) Limited due to the ill health

of the only Wellington based audit partner. The change of auditor will not affect the release on 29 March

2019 of the company’s audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018.

The directors will make a recommendation to shareholders at the Annual Meeting concerning

appointment of an auditor.
