Comvita Director Resignation

The Board of Comvita Limited (CVT:NZX) advises that Xin Wang has resigned from her role as Director upon
her resignation from China Resources, for personal reasons. The Board thanks Ms Wang for her valuable
contribution to the Company since her appointment in October 2018.

Ms Wang’s resignation is effective immediately.
