Comvita Leadership Team Update

Mark Sadd, Comvita’s Chief Commercial Officer has resigned from the business as a full time Executive but
will be retained as a part time contractor for several key projects.

Mark joined Comvita in 2013 as a contractor before becoming Chief Financial Officer in 2014 and since 2017
has been operating as Comvita’s Chief Commercial Officer. For personal reasons, Mark has decided to return
to a role of contracting. Mark has agreed to continue his involvement in several of Comvita’s key projects
where he has valuable expertise, including oversight of our investment in Apiter in Uruguay and as a Director
of our China subsidiary.

Comvita CEO Scott Coulter said, “Mark has been a key member of our Leadership team during my time at the
helm as CEO and has played a significant role in several of our Company’s strategic initiatives. I would
personally like to thank Mark for his contribution and support, and while it is disappointing to lose him from
his full-time position with Comvita, I am very happy that we have secured his services going forward to assist
us with key projects which are so important for Comvita’s profitable future.”

Mark will move from full-time executive to part-time contractor on 20 May 2019.

Saada McNamee, has been appointed as Comvita’s Chief People and Culture Officer and commenced her
role with Comvita on 25 February 2019. Saada has extensive global human resources (HR) experience across
multiple industries.

Prior to joining Comvita, Saada spent 10 years with Colgate-Palmolive in HR leadership positions in New
Zealand, the United States and Europe. Most recently, she was Human Resources Director, Europe, Middle
East and Russia for Colgate-Palmolive’s Pet Nutrition business, Hill’s. In this role she led key leadership
development and people initiatives to support a rapidly evolving business environment, including building
organisational capability in e-commerce, and agile ways of working. Prior to Colgate-Palmolive, Saada held
various HR positions at Hewlett-Packard, The Warehouse, ANZ Bank and Euroclear, in New Zealand, Australia
and the United Kingdom.
