CHANGE OF SENIOR MANAGERS

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited advises
that, following completion of the sale of its Darwin business to Delaware North on
4 April 2019, David Christian (General Manager SKYCITY Darwin) will take up the
position of General Manager Adelaide Casino effective from 8 April 2019.

Consequently, Luke Walker (General Manager Adelaide Casino) will leave SKYCITY
effective from 4 April 2019.

David Christian was appointed General Manager SKYCITY Darwin in June 2016 and
has previously held several significant positions within the SKYCITY Group, including
General Manager Adelaide Casino from 2008 - 2014 and, prior to that, General
Manager SKYCITY Auckland and General Manager SKYCITY Hamilton. David has more
than 30 years’ experience in hospitality, hotel and casino management, including
working in several Australian States and Singapore.
