SKY Network Television Limited advises that CFO and Company Secretary Jason Hollingworth
has tendered his resignation, and will leave the company on 21 May 2019. Jason is to become
the CFO at Vector Limited.
Jason has been with SKY for over 16 years and has made a significant contribution to the
success of the business. He leaves with the thanks and best wishes of the management team
and Board.
Chief Legal Officer, Sophie Moloney, has been appointed Company Secretary effective
immediately.
