APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER

Vector announces the appointment of Jason Hollingworth to the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Vector Chief Executive Simon Mackenzie said he is delighted to have Jason join the Vector team.
Jason is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in both financial and commercial
environments, most recently as part of the executive team at Sky Network Television as Chief
Financial Officer.

Other previous roles include positions with TelstraSaturn, Ngai Tahu Holdings, AsiaPower
Developments and Southpac Corporation and experience in investment banking, mergers and
acquisitions, corporate finance, retailing and building network and infrastructure assets in line with
funding and customer requirements.

will make, particularly given his experience across a broad range of sectors”, he said.

Jason Hollingworth will commence on 27 May 2019.
