The 2019 annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders will be held at Sylvia Park, Auckland at
10.30am on Thursday, 20 June 2019. Venue details are:

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Friday, 26 April 2019 is the closing date for Kiwi Property
shareholders to nominate a person to be considered at the meeting for election as a director of
Kiwi Property.
Nominations must be addressed to the Company Secretary and be received by Kiwi Property on
or before Friday, 26 April 2019 at the following address:
