ordinary shares in TIL Logistics Group Limited to various market participants for aggregate
consideration of $4,977,878.40;
(b) Kern Group Pty Ltd transferred by way of off-market trade 189,754 ordinary shares in
TIL Logistics Group Limited to various market participants for aggregate consideration of
$227,704.80; and

(c) Kern Consulting Group Super Fund transferred by way of off-market trade 152,710
ordinary shares in TIL Logistics Group Limited to various market participants for aggregate
consideration of $183,252.00.
