Auckland Airport announces new General

Manager Technology & Marketing

Auckland Airport has announced the appointment of Jonathan Good as its new General

Manager Technology & Marketing.

In this role, Jonathan will be responsible for the strategy and execution of world class

technology and marketing programmes to improve the customer experience and

ensure operational excellence to meet Auckland Airport’s current and future growth

needs.

Chief Executive Adrian Littlewood says: “Jonathan’s extensive commercial experience

and numerous leadership roles, specialising in the creation of strong teams and

delivery of critical projects, will make him a valuable member of the team.”

“Jonathan’s recent roles include chief technology and operating officer of T&G Global,

where he built up a team and transformed technology and associated processes,

including the delivery of an online auction site and mobile applications that changed the

way it did business. Before this he was general manager business and retail

development at Fonterra where he led the transformation of RD1 into Fonterra Farm

Source.”

“Jonathan was also CEO and co-founder of a technology start-up in the United States

that was acquired by Ancestry.com and prior to this he worked for six years at

McKinsey as a management consultant.”

“We are excited that Jonathan has accepted the role and look forward to him joining

the team as we work to deliver on our 30-year master plan and continue to develop our

technology capability to transform how we operate the airport, look after our customers

and build new commercial opportunities,” adds Mr Littlewood.

Jonathan says he is looking forward to the opportunities and challenges this role will
bring.

“I am excited to be joining the Auckland Airport team at this time of unprecedented

development. I will be focussed on enhancing the airport’s technology strategy and

systems as part of the programme of work to build the airport of the future. I look

forward to supporting the day-to-day delivery of a world class airport and one of the

country’s largest private infrastructure investment programmes. ”

He will start his new role on 27 May 2019.
