General Capital (GEN) the listed Financial Services group announces the appointment of Mr.
Jonathan Clark as Chief Financial Officer for General Capital and subsidiaries, General
Finance Ltd and Investment Research Group Ltd.
Mr. Brent King, group Managing Director said, “Jonathan has been with General Finance Ltd
for over 15 months now. He has performed extremely well, and we are pleased to
announce his appointment to the newly formed role of Chief Financial Officer. This includes
the secretarial functions previously managed by Mr. Garth Ward who has retired to a
contract basis. We thank Garth for his excellent service and look forward to working with
him on a contract basis.”
