ANNUAL MEETING OUTCOMES

Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) today held its annual meeting of shareholders at
Eden Park, Auckland.

Voting was conducted by poll and shareholders passed all four resolutions. Details of the total number
of votes cast in person or by a proxy holder are as follows:
