Results of annual meeting


The annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders was held at Sylvia Park in Auckland today.
Shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were all supported by the
Company’s board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
Shareholders passed all three resolutions.
