Management changes at PaySauce to support next 
phase of growth

Payroll and employment SaaS provider PaySauce (NZX: PYS) names new Head of 
Finance, while outgoing CFO Krishnakumar Guda is appointed as Board Advisor on 
International Expansion.  
 
Krishnakumar hands the reins over to Tod Rookes, in a newly-created role as Head of 
Finance. Tod comes to PaySauce with a strong background in public practice 
accounting, and is well versed in business advisory issues across multiple service 
lines. 
 
Krishnakumar provided experience and credibility to PaySauce during initial funding 
stages and listing on the NZX. After guiding the startup through these key 
milestones, Krishnakumar will now leverage his international experience as 
PaySauce begins to scale. 
 
PaySauce CEO Asantha Wijeyeratne says Krishnakumar has been instrumental to 
the start-up's development. "He oversaw our transition to a public company and 
provided invaluable stability and wisdom as we entered a period of unprecedented
