Holdings Limited (CIHL).
2. CIHL holds the legal interest in 619,309 ordinary shares in CGF (Shares) on bare
trust for Michael George Rae Hutcheson and Michelle Marie Hutcheson in accordance
with a Regulation Agreement dated 20 January 2017.
3. The bare trust arrangement has been terminated and CIHL has transferred the legal
interest in the Shares to Michael George Rae Hutcheson and Michelle Marie
Hutcheson for nil consideration.
