GENESIS ENERGY ANNOUNCES EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT AND PORTFOLIO REALLOCATION
Genesis Chief Executive Officer, Marc England, has announced a portfolio reallocation amongst the
Executive team. The shift in responsibilities is designed to enhance their skillsets and build a multi-
disciplinary team to create opportunities for individual development while meeting evolving business
priorities.
• Tracey Hickman has been appointed to the new role of Executive General Manager Retail
Operations.
• Nigel Clark has been appointed to the new role of Executive General Manager Wholesale
Operations & Kupe JV.
• Shaun Goldsbury is a new internal appointment to the Executive, in the role of Executive
General Manager Wholesale Markets.
• James Magill continues with his existing responsibilities, but now as Executive General
Manager Retail Markets.
• Chris Jewell continues as CFO and will assume additional responsibility for Strategy
Development as CFO and Executive General Manager Strategy.

Matthew Osborne remains General Counsel and Executive General Manager Corporate Affairs and
Nicola Richardson remains Executive General Manager People and Culture.
The new roles will be effective 1 July 2019.
