AMENDMENT TO “NOTICE PURSUANT TO LISTING RULE 7.12.1”, DATED 18 APRIL 2019

Due to an adjustment to the number of shares allotted by Genesis Energy’s share registry service
provider, the number of securities issued as notified to market on 18 April 2019 is reduced by one
share, from 7,439,478 to 7,439,477. Accordingly, on 18 April 2019, Genesis Energy Limited issued
7,439,477 ordinary shares under its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) and the total number of
ordinary shares after the issue is 1,023,646,556, as per the amended notice below.

NOTICE PURSUANT TO LISTING RULE 7.12.1 (AMENDMENT)

For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 7.12.1, Genesis Energy Limited advises the
following in respect of the issue of new ordinary shares:

(a) Class of security: Ordinary shares
ISIN: NZGNEE0001S7

(b) Number of securities issued: 7,439,477

(c) Issue price: $2.9939 per share

(d) Payment in cash: Not applicable

(e) Any amount paid up (if not in full): Not applicable

(f) Principal terms of the Securities (other than for Quoted Securities): Not applicable

(g) Percentage of total class of securities issued: 0.732% of the total shares on issue
immediately prior to the issue of the new shares

(h) Reason for issue: Dividend Reinvestment Plan dated 14 February 2018

(i) Specific authority for the issue: Board resolution dated 26 February 2019

(j) Any terms of the issue: The shares will rank equally with the existing fully paid ordinary
shares

(k) Total number of securities of the class after issue: 1,023,646,556
