CDL Hospitality Trusts and Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited (through a
wholly owned subsidiary) advises that the management lease of Grand Millennium
Auckland (“GMA”) has been renewed for a further three year term from September 2019.
GMA is the largest hotel in New Zealand, with 452 rooms.
MCK’s Managing Director Mr. BK Chiu said that MCK was pleased to renew the
management lease for GMA noting that MCK’s significant network and its sales and
marketing organisation in New Zealand had strongly benefited the trading performance of
the hotel under MCK’s management.
