Results of MCK Annual Meeting of Shareholders

At MCK’s annual shareholder meeting, held in Auckland today, shareholders were asked to vote
on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• Re-election of Kian Seng Tan as a director;
• Re-election of Graham McKenzie as a director;
• That the existing Constitution of the Company be revoked and the Company adopt a
new Constitution in the form tabled at the meeting and signed by the Chairman for the
purpose of identification; and
• That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses.
