BLAIR WOODBURY JOINS SKY AS CFO
for immediate release, 12 June 2019


Sky announces the appointment of Blair Woodbury as Chief Financial Officer.

Sky CEO Martin Stewart said Blair is a highly experienced, successful and well regarded leader,
and Sky is fortunate that he is joining the team.

Blair joins Sky from McKinsey & Company, where he has helped New Zealand and overseas
businesses rapidly improve their performance since 2016. His background has been
international and diverse, working with some of New Zealand’s largest iconic organisations,
leading change programmes that have an enterprise-wide impact on both brand and
performance.

Prior to his time at McKinsey, Blair has worked for, and consulted to, many large organisations
facing disruption in the communications and logistics industries with a focus on customer,
product and network strategies, most notably as a key team member that spun out Chorus from
Spark. These experiences, coupled with his time as a senior finance leader, will help Sky
deliver on customer and investor needs.

Blair commences the new role on 19 June 2019.

Martin Stewart expressed his gratitude to Deloitte Partner Andrew Dick for his contribution as
interim CFO while the recruitment process took place. “Andrew has been a valuable member
of the team as Acting CFO, and I thank him for his wise counsel over the last few months.”
