Rubicon announced today that its Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 17 September
2019, in Auckland, commencing at 10.30 am. Further details will be advised in the Notice of
Meeting.
Rubicon advises that the closing date for director nominations is 16 August 2019. All
nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Meeting and should be addressed to:
