NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that Enprise Group Limited (“ENS”) has still not provided to
NZX its Annual Report which, under Rule 3.6.1 of the NZX Listing Rules, was due to be
announced to NZX on or before Wednesday, 31 July 2019.
The 5 business day period has now expired and the quotation of ENS’s ordinary shares has
been suspended, effective this morning, Thursday, 8 August 2019.
