As advised previously a date for a trial of nine charges in the District Court relating to the alleged breaches
of the Medicines Act 1981 has yet to be determined. The company advises that the parties have agreed
that they will advise the Court by 13 September 2019 the agreed timing for a trial, estimated to take 5
days, to be held in or about February 2020.
