Information on the agreement regarding New Zealand Rugby taking a 5% equity stake
in Sky
for immediate release

In response to specific media queries we advise that under the terms of the deal between
New Zealand Rugby (NZR) and Sky, NZR will hold their Sky shares for a minimum of two
years.

Sky shareholders will vote today on a special resolution to approve the SANZAAR
transaction. If approved, the shares will be issued on 1 November 2019.
