Annual meeting and director nominations
Napier Port Holdings Limited (NZX.NPH) advises that the company's 2019 Annual Shareholders Meeting will
be held at 10.30am on the 20
th
of December at the Napier Conference Centre, 48 Marine Parade, Napier.
It also advises the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at
the annual meeting is Friday 8 November 2019. Nominations must be addressed to Kristen Lie, Napier Port
Chief Financial Officer and be received by 5:00pm on the closing date at the Port’s registered office:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the meeting and must be
accompanied by the consent, in writing, of the person nominated.
