GM Container Operations Retires
Napier Port (NZX.NPH) today announces Warren Young, General Manager Container Operations, has given
notice of his intention to retire, ending 21 years of service to the company. Mr Young, who has previously
served as the Port’s Finance Manager and manager of its container packing operation Port Pack, will leave
the Port on 24 December 2019.
Napier Port Chief Executive Todd Dawson said: “We are sorry to be losing Warren. He leaves after an
outstanding career and his legacy can be seen and felt everywhere across the Port. We wish him well for the
future.”
Napier Port will commence a search for a replacement for Mr Young shortly.
