Executive Team Changes

New Zealand freight and logistics company, TIL Logistics Group Limited (NZX: TLL) announces that
TIL Freight Divisional CEO Jon Kyle has resigned, effective from 31 January 2020, to pursue
personal interests.

TIL Logistics Group CEO, Alan Pearson, said: “Jon has played a valuable role as we have grown the
business. We thank him for his efforts and wish him the best for the future.”

TIL Logistics also advises that Charles Bolt has been appointed to the executive team as Company
Secretary and legal counsel, effective from 1 February 2020. Charles has extensive transactional
and legal advisory experience at operational and corporate executive levels in New Zealand,
Australia and the USA, and will be a welcome addition to the TIL team.
