RESIGNATION OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
 
 
Scott Technology Ltd wishes to advise that Mr Richard Jenman, Chief Operating Officer, has tendered
his resignation. Richard has served the company well during his tenure and leaves his mark on many
achievements during his time with Scott.

The Company is reviewing options to fill the position and will provide an update to the market in due
course.

Richard will assist to ensure a smooth transition and his last effective working day at Scott will be 20
th

December 2019.
