Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure:
On 18 November 2019, Sybos entered into a block trade agreement (the "Agreement")
with UBS New Zealand Limited ("UBS") under which Sybos appointed UBS to manage and
underwrite the sale of 15,000,000 ordinary shares in EBOS currently held by Sybos for
NZ$22.50 per share (or NZ$337,500,000 in aggregate). A copy of the Agreement was
attached to Sybos's substantial product holder notice to the NZX dated 19 November 2019.
Settlement of this sale has now occurred.
