Moa Group Limited (NZX: MOA) (“Moa”, “the Group”), New Zealand’s own brewing and hospitality company, announces
the opening of its latest venue – Lobster & Tap.
Savor Group Limited continues its track record of iconic offerings with the introduction of lobster rolls into the New
Zealand market for the first time. Popular in both the UK and USA, Auckland’s Fish Market is the ideal location for this
new venture, where lobster rolls are paired with the choice of rosé or Moa Beverages’ new Genuine Lager.
Savor Group Limited intends to expand the reach of Lobster & Tap with the introduction of several ‘pop ups’ through
the summer months, including at Mission by the Beach and the ASB Classic tennis.
The lobster rolls concept is brought to New Zealand by way of a joint venture with one of Canada’s largest lobster
packing businesses. Savor Group Limited Managing Director Lucien Law said the proposed arrangement secures the
long term supply of goods for the venture and brings to life another great partnership of expertise and ownership.
Lucien adds that the smaller format restaurants are more accessible as they can be placed in bespoke locations.
