RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR AND

APPOINTMENT OF ACTING HEAD OF AUDIT & RISK COMMITTEE

Moa Group Limited (NZX: MOA) (“Moa”, “The Group”), New Zealand’s own brewing and hospitality

company, today announces Craig Styris, Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and Non-Executive Director

retires from the Group’s Board of Directors and Audit & Risk Committee effective 23

rd

December 2019.

Mr Styris has represented Pioneer Capital’s interest in Moa group since its inception in 2012. Following

the in-specie distribution from Pioneer Capital on the 1

st

October 2019, it was appropriate for Craig to

step off the board as he pursues other opportunities.

Geoff Ross, Executive Chair says “Craig has provided valuable commercial and strategic insights during

his tenure with his FMCG and Retail backgrounds and has contributed to the long-term governance and

compliance agenda of the Group as it has grown. He has been a valued board member through the Moa

journey and a key part of the strategic pivot into hospitality earlier in the year.

His contributions through board involvement will be missed and the board thanks him for his valued

service to shareholders and we wish him well for the future”.

As the Group seeks a new Chair for the Audit and Risk Committee, it gives the Group pleasure to

announce that Sheena Henderson, Independent Director within the Group will be the acting Chair of the

Committee until a replacement for Mr Styris is found.

Rich Frank, Independent Director will continue to be on the committee and Paul Robinson, Executive

Director will join the committee on a temporary basis. We thank Sheena for stepping into this role in the

interim.
