INITIAL SETTLEMENT OF 25 LANGLEY ROAD

ACQUISITION


Further to the announcement on 5 December 2019, Property for Industry Limited (PFI) has now

completed the first settlement for an industrial property located at 25 Langley Road in Wiri, Auckland.

A second settlement is expected to take place in May 2020 on completion of an additional 3,240 sqm

of warehouse and 120 sqm of office, which is currently under construction.
