DETAILS OF ANNUAL RESULTS WEBCAST

Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that it will release its annual results to the New Zealand Stock
Exchange (NZX) on Monday, 17 February 2020.

The PFI management team will present the results via live webcast from 10.30 am NZT on that day.

We recommend you log on a few minutes before the start time, and if you cannot attend the live
webcast, a recording will be available to view on PFI’s website shortly after the conclusion of the live
