November 2019 Monthly traffic update

-1.5%
Auckland Airport total passenger volumes decreased by 1.5% in November 2019 versus last year. International passengers (excl. Transits)
were down 1.4%, transit passengers were down 6.7% and domestic passengers were down by 1.0%.
Key Points:
• Growth in Korean visitor arrivals up 3.7% in November 2019 versus last year, driven by additional capacity from Korean Air upgauging to B747
aircraft and a new direct service between Auckland-Incheon from Air New Zealand.
• Decline in transit passengers for November 2019 mainly driven by LATAM Airlines reducing its Santiago-Auckland-Sydney service to four per
week from daily.
